This blend of 100% Sauvignon Blanc you a
memorable moment of authenticity. Located North of famous
Sancerre, on the « Rive Droite » of the Loire, from its chalky
hillsides, Coteaux du Giennois, is characterized by its opulent
aromas of quince and white flowers. Nose leads to a textured
palate with herbal notes, bright citrus, minerally, crispy acidity
and creaminess for eight months on lees. Perfect match with
your appetizers, fish, seafood, oysters, and cheeses. Crafted
by Vincent Boutron, 4th generation of winemaker.

Production
